JOB LOCATION:

Pool houses at Brookside Commons and Pittsfield Village Condominiums – Ann Arbor, MI

• Seeking reliable and trust-worthy individual with dependable transportation to clean condominium Pool Houses

JOB DAY(S): Thursdays

DURATION: Last week of May - 2nd Week of September

HOURS: 5 hours/week

DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: (one day per week)

• Wipe down shower stalls including shower head and knob 
• Clean toilets and sinks
• Clean mirrors 
• Empty trash
• Wipe down all doorknobs & light switches
• Sweep & Mop floors
• Clear visible cobwebs
• Wipe down pool chairs & tables (Brookside Commons Only)
• Wipe down (inside & outside) baby changing table (Pittsfield Village Only)

COMPENSATION: $20/hour

(Payday - Twice per Month on 2nd and 4th Friday of every month)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

As an employee of Fresh Start Cleaning Services, must agree and understand that:

• This position comes with no benefits
• Employee is responsible for own taxes and may receive a 1099 at end of year
• Employee will be required to download the Chronotex Timekeeping App and sign in and out on job site(s)
• Drinking, smoking or drugs are not permitted on jobsite grounds
• FSCS shall provide all supplies and equipment required to perform necessary tasks
• All equipment and supplies are property of FSCS and shall be handled with the utmost care.
• Employee shall practice safety while on the job such as holding on to rails (if applicable) while climbing up and down stairs, not yanking cords out of outlets, using caution while handling equipment as not to damage walls, run into people, or furniture /wall hangings, etc.….
• Any damage to equipment shall be reported immediately
• This position requires being on feet and walking
• Employee releases FSCS from all liability (will sign liability waiver form)
• 2 weeks’ notice required upon resignation
